Shilajit is a natural, mineral-rich resin formed over thousands of years by the decomposition of plants and organic matter in mountainous regions, particularly in the Himalayas. It has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries and is known for its natural content of minerals and other bioactive substances.
Shilajit is found in mountainous areas and is formed by the slow decomposition of plant material under pressure and heat. Shilajit has a dark, sticky and tar-like consistency, in contrast to, for example, a powdered or highly refined shilajit product. Our Shilajit is in the form of Resin, an unrefined form that preserves its natural properties. Shilajit Resin is collected by hand at an altitude of 4800–5800 meters, this preserves its natural properties and content.
